With the help of the layout plan the corresponding bookings are clearly laid out and can be directly edited with one mouse click.

Outlook
Reservations are inserted directly into Outlook, the customers receive them as VCS files with the confirmation email.

Create new bookings
With two clicks of a mouse you can select the beginning and end dates of a given booking, the renter's information is then added or edited and everything is booked.

Use of tab and hotkeys
The layout plan can be operated using the keyboard alone.

Booking irrespective of the vehicle
The layout plan can be used regardless of the actual vehicle in use; bookings are entered into the system without license plate information.
